"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Sorry i have not been on here for a while. my mom's computer is jacked up with a virus so i can only use the computer at my dad's house and i don't go there very often, but thanks for your patients!
